1/4 oz Orange Curacao
3 (Leaves) Mint
2 oz (fresh) Orange Juice
2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Directions
Muddle the mint leaves with the curacao and brandy in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add all other ingredients, shake well and strain into an old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve. More info on how to make a Steeplechase
