Pour the Sambuca into a brandy snifter and the tequila seperately into a rocks or old-fashioned glass. Add a couple dashes of Tabasco sauce to the glass with tequila. Roll the Sambuca around the snifter (like a cement mixer), ignite, and allow to burn for a second or two. Pour the Sambuca into the tequila rocks glass and cap it with the brandy snifter so as to extinguish the flames.
