1 oz Water
2 pieces Lemon
2 (Leaves) Mint
3/4 oz Simple Syrup

Directions
Muddle the lemon, mint, water and simply syrup in the bottom of a mixing glass. Add bourbon, shake, and strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a sprig of mint, and serve. More info on how to make a Whiskey Smash
