1/2 oz Blue Curacao
1 1/4 oz Gin
3 oz Pineapple Juice
1 1/2 oz (fresh) Sweet and Sour Mix

Blue Moon Directions
Mix all ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Shake and strain into an ice-filled highball glass. Garnish with a lemon wheel.

Serve Blue Moon in a Highball Glass
