1 1/2 oz Creme de Cacao Liqueur
1/2 oz Whipping Cream Dairy

Directions
Pour the creme de cacao into a cocktail glass. Carefully layer the blue curacao on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon. Top with whipped cream. Sprinkle chocolate shavings across the cream, and serve. More info on how to make a Chocolate Cloud
