Frozen Pineapple Daiquiri Drink Recipe

1/2 tsp  Sugar
4 Chunk Pineapple
1 tbsp  Lime Juice
1 1/2 oz  Light Rum

Directions
Combine all ingredients with 1 cup of crushed ice in an electric blender. Blend at a low speed for a short length of time. Pour into a champagne flute and serve.

Ciao Baby Drink Recipe

1 1/4 oz  Dark Rum
1 oz  Collins Mix
2 oz  Strawberries
1/2 oz  Grenadine

Directions
Combine all ingredients with two cups of crushed ice in a blender. Blend until slushy, and serve in an elegant glass; hurricane or otherwise.

Tom Sweeney Drink Recipe

5 parts  Gin
2 parts  Sweet and Sour Mix
2 parts  Creme de Cassis

Directions
Add ingredients to a chilled martini glass. Shake well. Garnish with a black raspberry.

Sailor Venus Drink Recipe

20 ml  Lemon Juice
30 ml  White Rum
2 oz  Ice
120 ml  White Wine
15 ml  Galliano

Directions
Shake and strain to pousse cafe glass. Garnish with a peel of lemon.

Purple Lobster Drink Recipe

1 1/2 oz  Raspberry Liqueur
3 splashes  7 Up
2 splashes  Cranberry Juice
1 1/2 oz  Canadian Whiskey

Directions
Pour ingredients into an ice-filled shaker. Strain into a rocks/shot glass, and serve.
